Recipe Clipper: Import recipes while browsing the web

The Recipe Clipper (Bookmark) saves recipes to your Plan to Eat account while you are browsing and can be installed onto iOS and Android devices.

Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and most other browsers, on a desktop computer:

To install the Recipe Clipper (Bookmark), drag and drop the Add to PTE box below into your bookmarks or favorites bar:

 

iOS Install via iCloud

Once you’ve installed the Recipe Clipper as a bookmark in Safari on your desktop computer, it will sync through iCloud to Safari on your mobile browser.

iOS Manual Install

If you do not use iCloud, you still have the option to install the Recipe Clipper to your mobile browser using our manual installation instructions.

Android and iOS Install in Chrome via Google

This option installs the Recipe Clipper as a bookmark in Chrome on your desktop and syncs through Google to Chrome on your Android or iOS devices.

Android Manual Installation

This installation option allows you to manually install the bookmark on your Android Device.

Once you have installed the Recipe Clipper Bookmark on your computer or mobile device, you can easily add recipes directly to your Plan to Eat Recipe Book. Anywhere. Anytime.

I need to reinstall the book mark Many browsers hide the bookmark bar by default, which it difficult to install if the Recipe Clipper is not available to you. If you do not see a bookmark bar in your browser, it is very easy to turn it on. Though these instructions will vary somewhat depending on your browser: If you are in Internet Explorer (you must be using the desktop version) go to: Tools > Toolbars > Favorites Bar Once you can view your bookmark bar, installing the bookmark, regardless of which browser you are in, is as simple as dragging the red Save Recipe (PTE) button into your bookmark bar. Unable to log in to the bookmark? Make sure your browser is accepting third party cookies. You may find, particularly when using Internet Explorer, that you need to log in to www.plantoeat.com in another browser tab before using the bookmark.
